Jeff Kuberka

...is a very creative, out-of-the-box thinker with more than 26 years and about 60,000 hours of design experience. Starting in the Auto Industry, Jeff earned numerous US Patents as the lead designer in R&D. In the mid-90's, Jeff developed his balance of Controls and Mechanical Engineering. Since then, he has worked with dozens of companies in a wide variety of industries from autos and airplanes to Zambonies and zany diaper tape. Jeff is also a project manager, with more than 20 years of success. He pays close attention to detail, and produces top quality designs. He has 7 children, including a teacher, a lawyer, a social worker, a Scene Designer, a singer/soldier, and 2 still in High School. Jeff is also a pilot, Coach of Destination Imagination, softball, Track, Chess, and soccer. He's a Tutor, Mentor, Troop Chaplain, and Volunteer for a variety of organizations. Jeff is also the founder of Christian Adventures, Retreats, and Encounters (CARE) - a ministry reaching out to Christian teens, and the families that support them. He leads 2-3 mission trips and numerous retreats each year. In his spare time (ya right) Jeff enjoys flying aerobatics, skiing, hang gliding, Scuba diving, fishing, hunting, camping, Geocaching, and much much more.
